🎯 Mission:

As a Production Scheduler, you translate the global plan into a detailed execution schedule for the shop floor. You’ll assign tasks to machines, sequence operations, and ensure real-time adaptability to keep production on track.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Break down production plans into daily/hourly tasks
• Assign production orders to lines, machines, and shifts
• Sequence operations to minimize downtime and changeovers
• Monitor real-time progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Collaborate closely with floor operators, team leads, and maintenance
• Manage urgent changes and re-prioritization under pressure
