We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative to drive growth in the nursing home industry. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, strong networking abilities, and a strategic mindset to engage administrators and facility owners.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to key decision-makers in the senior care industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing home administrators and facility owners.
  • Present tailored solutions that align with the needs of potential clients.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company and expand market presence.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.



Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or senior care.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to strategically engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of success.
  • Passion for sales, business growth, and the senior care industry.



Compensation & Benefits:



  • Competitive base salary ($60K-$80K) + commission opportunities.
