We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home wound care services across the Greater Lakewood area. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and motivated NP to join a fast-growing healthcare organization focused on improving patient outcomes in a home-based setting.

The ideal candidate is licensed, dependable, and comfortable traveling throughout Ocean County. Prior wound care experience is a plus but not required—comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide wound care services in patients’ homes
• Travel to patient visits within Ocean County
• Document visits and communicate with care teams
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in NJ
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Reliable transportation (car required)
• Willingness to travel and work independently
• Wound care experience preferred, but not required

Location: Greater Lakewood Area (Ocean County, NJ)

Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,000–$170,000/year
