The Corporate Team Leader will oversee a team of tax professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance while ensuring the highest level of technical quality and client satisfaction. This role requires strong management and interpersonal skills, the ability to foster a culture of trust and collaboration, and deep experience in either auditing multinational companies or U.S. corporate tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Manage complex corporate cases and facilitate problem-solving discussions.
• Foster open communication, encourage feedback, and maintain team transparency.
• Set goals, measure outcomes, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Review work for quality assurance and ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate team progress and challenges through regular updates and reports.
• Maintain a positive, professional work environment that promotes trust and motivation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in auditing multinational companies or in U.S. corporate tax compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience in a tax or accounting environment.
• CPA license required.
• English at a native level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong fluency in Hebrew.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with technology-driven efficiency tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to professional excellence.

Location: Jerusalem, Israel (Hybrid – In-office and Remote)

Salary: 20,000–25,000 NIS/month
