Case Manager

The Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing client cases, ensuring smooth coordination between families and Behavior Technicians (BTs). This role includes communicating with clients, matching them with the appropriate staff, scheduling sessions, and maintaining ongoing follow up to ensure everything is running effectively.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, attentive, and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining a high level of care and professionalism. Strong communication and follow through are essential to ensure both clients and staff have a positive experience.


Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and manage ongoing relationships

• Match clients with appropriate Behavior Technicians (BTs)

• Coordinate and schedule sessions

• Monitor cases to ensure everything is running smoothly

• Follow up with clients and staff to address any concerns

• Maintain organized records and documentation

• Ensure overall satisfaction and consistency across cases


Qualifications:

• Prior case management experience required

• Experience in ABA or healthcare preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Proactive and responsive with strong follow up skills

Salary: $35–$40/hour
