A fast-growing, multi-entity P&C insurance platform is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, reporting, and operational discipline. This role partners closely with ownership to strengthen financial infrastructure and support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, monthly close, and variance analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Manage accounting operations and finance team
• Maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and capital partners
• Build scalable financial processes, systems, and controls
• Oversee tax strategy, compliance, and risk management
• Provide financial modeling and strategic decision support

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience (CFO, VP Finance, or similar)
• Proven ability to build finance teams and structured financial operations
• Multi-entity or commission-based business experience preferred
• ERP leadership experience (NetSuite preferred)
