A full time In House Recruiter is needed for an established ABA company in Lakewood. This role focuses on interviewing candidates and supporting internal hiring efforts. Must have prior recruiting or relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to assess candidates effectively in a fast paced environment.

The In House Recruiter will be responsible for managing the interview process and supporting the company’s internal hiring needs. This role plays a key part in identifying strong candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and confident in evaluating candidates. This position is suited for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong instincts for identifying talent, and can keep up with a steady flow of hiring needs in a structured office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate fit for various roles

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring needs

• Maintain organized candidate records and interview notes

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

• Assist with ongoing recruiting efforts and pipeline management

Qualifications:

• Prior recruiting or interviewing experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to assess candidates and make informed recommendations

• Organized and detail oriented

• Comfortable working in a fast paced office environment
