A full time AI / Systems Engineer is needed in Little Ferry, NJ to build and support complex, production level systems. Must have experience developing systems that are actively used in real world environments, along with strong problem solving and technical skills. Ideal for an engineer who can take ownership of systems from development through deployment.

The AI / Systems Engineer will design, build, and maintain complex systems that are used daily across the organization. This role requires hands on experience working on production environments, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and efficient.

The ideal candidate is highly technical, execution focused, and comfortable working on real world systems with immediate impact. You should be able to understand complex requirements, translate them into structured solutions, and continuously improve system performance and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain complex systems used in daily operations

• Develop and implement AI driven or system based solutions

• Ensure systems are scalable, stable, and production ready

• Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance

• Collaborate with cross functional teams on system requirements

• Maintain documentation and ensure clear system architecture

• Continuously improve processes and system efficiency

Qualifications:

• Experience building and maintaining production level systems required

• Strong background in software engineering, systems engineering, or AI
