We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Specialist to join our e-commerce team in a hybrid role based in Manhattan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings across multiple online marketplaces, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize visibility, engagement, and sales. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Marketplace Management

• Create and manage product listings across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure accuracy of product descriptions, images, pricing, and content.
• Oversee technical configurations, platform features, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain brand-aligned content and graphics across all listings.

Sales Optimization

• Use SEO and keyword research to optimize product visibility.
• Conduct ongoing price monitoring and competitive analysis.
• Review sales performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.

Inventory Management & Collaboration

• Monitor and update inventory availability across marketplaces.
• Partner with Merchant teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate to create product bundles, especially within electronics and photography categories.

What Helps a Candidate Thrive

• 2–3 years of hands-on ecommerce marketplace experience.
• Strong skills in listing creation, optimization, and bundle development.
• Basic PPC/advertising knowledge to boost product visibility.
• Strong understanding of product attributes and merchandising details.
• Familiarity with Walmart Marketplace is preferred.
• Leadership experience and ability to foster collaboration.
