We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee and grow our sales operations. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring sales representatives, and ensuring a strong pipeline of new business. This position requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth construction environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to guide business decisions



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in construction or related industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and team success



Salary: $130,000–$150,000 (Based on experience)
