The E-Commerce Account Specialist will oversee the day-to-day management of various online marketplaces and platforms, ensuring product visibility, accuracy, and performance. This role requires strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and a results-oriented mindset to drive online sales and brand presence.

The successful candidate will coordinate product launches, maintain up-to-date listings, implement SEO strategies, oversee product photography and imagery, and monitor online marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee product imaging, descriptions, SEO optimization, and online marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and update live products to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
• Analyze performance data and adjust tactics for optimal results.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product launches and updates.

Qualifications:

• A few years of e-commerce experience with multiple online platforms.
• Proven track record in managing listings, marketing campaigns, and SEO.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, and others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
