The Product Development Manager will be responsible for coordinating new product development from concept through production. This includes managing timelines, maintaining clear communication with overseas factories, and problem-solving to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in apparel product development, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between designers, factories, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Manage production timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Maintain strong communication with overseas factories to address challenges and resolve issues.
• Track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions.
• Ensure all products meet brand quality standards before release.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in apparel or product development (children’s wear experience a plus).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams and cultures.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Ability to work full-time, in-office in Lakewood.
