The Teacher’s Assistant will support the lead teacher in caring for toddlers, assisting with activities, maintaining safety, and creating a positive classroom experience. This role is ideal for someone warm, patient, and dedicated to early childhood care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher with supervision, routines, and classroom activities
• Help create an engaging and nurturing environment
• Support children during play, meals, and transitions
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure a safe, positive space

Qualifications:

• Experience working with toddlers required
• Reliable, patient, and able to follow direction
• Enjoys working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
