A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Full-Time UV Line Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of an automated UV finishing line. This role is responsible for supervising a team of 6 or more employees, coordinating production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who is comfortable working with industrial machinery and thrives in a production-driven setting. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safety, productivity, and consistent output while meeting company standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the automated UV finishing line
• Lead, train, and manage a team of 6+ production employees
• Ensure production schedules and output targets are met efficiently
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
• Troubleshoot basic machinery and workflow issues to minimize downtime
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Communicate production goals, expectations, and performance feedback to staff
• Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to optimize line

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Comfortable working hands-on with machinery and automated equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
