The Dealer Support Manager will lead the internal service team responsible for supporting a nationwide dealer network. This role focuses on improving dealer communication, strengthening internal workflows, and ensuring dealers receive clear, professional, and timely support.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience in customer service or dealer support within manufacturing, building materials, home improvement, or similar product based industries. This role requires someone who enjoys improving systems, working cross functionally with Sales, Production, and Logistics, and implementing processes that allow support operations to scale with company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Dealer Support team

• Improve dealer communication and response time

• Oversee order entry accuracy and issue resolution

• Identify process gaps and implement improved workflows

• Track service performance using data and KPIs

• Partner with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams

• Implement feedback loops to improve dealer satisfaction

• Ensure consistent, professional support across the dealer network

Qualifications:

• Experience leading customer service or dealer support teams required

• Background in manufacturing, building materials, cabinetry, appliances, or home improvement preferred

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Process oriented mindset with ability to improve systems and workflows

• Comfortable managing high volume operations

• Data driven with experience tracking performance metrics

• Hands on leadership style with strong problem solving ability
