We are looking for a bilingual Clinician to join our dedicated team in delivering high-quality mental health care. The Clinician will conduct assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide counseling and support to clients experiencing a range of challenges, including emotional, behavioral, and social skills issues.
The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic and assessment skills, experience working with children and families, and a passion for helping individuals navigate complex health-related challenges. A license in Play Therapy is preferred but not required. Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Yiddish, Creole, or other languages) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide counseling and therapeutic services to clients across all age groups.
- Address mental health issues, family conflicts, and behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Advocate for client needs and connect them with appropriate community resources.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client documentation in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- NYS license required (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MSW-LP, or MHC-LP).
- Experience working with children, families, and individuals with developmental or emotional challenges.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, Yiddish, or Creole preferred (all multilingual candidates welcome).
- Play Therapy certification a plus.
- Open to hybrid or remote/telehealth work.
Location: Suffern, NY (Hybrid / Telehealth Options)

Salary: $45.00–$75.00 per hour
