The Medical Director will oversee pediatric intake evaluations and provide medical oversight to an interdisciplinary team serving children and families. This role includes guiding clinical decision making, ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance, and helping shape clinical best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about high quality pediatric care within a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage pediatric intake evaluations and clinical assessments
• Provide medical guidance and support to clinical and behavioral teams
• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to develop individualized care plans
• Review and refine clinical protocols and procedures
• Provide direct pediatric consultation as needed

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. with board certification in Pediatrics
• Active New York State medical license
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric clinical experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral needs preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
