The Video and Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating and editing engaging video content, producing graphics, and leveraging AI-based tools to support the company’s marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in crafting digital media that drives engagement and brand growth.

This role requires a strong blend of technical skills and artistic vision, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the marketing team, you will play a key role in delivering innovative content for campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for digital platforms.
• Create compelling graphics, visuals, and marketing materials.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance video and graphic design production.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all visual content.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Familiarity with AI design and editing tools.
• Strong creative portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time, in-office only (Brooklyn or Lakewood).
