The Logistics Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects that align with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.

- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align goals across operations, technology, and vendor teams.
- Conduct ROI analysis for projects, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated or complex project issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on ROI, project timelines, and key performance metrics to stakeholders.
