The Director of Recruitment will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s recruiting operations—from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing a recruiting team and budget. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the full recruiting cycle and can optimize systems and workflows to support ongoing growth.

The ideal candidate has prior hands-on recruiting experience, team leadership skills, and the ability to manage metrics, budgets, and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a recruiting team of 5 and provide training, guidance, and accountability.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Interview candidates and ensure hiring quality and efficiency.
  • Utilize and maintain recruiting systems, databases, and tools.
  • Oversee and manage the monthly recruiting budget.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure team and hiring success.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute hiring strategies.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven leadership experience managing small teams.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS or recruiting software systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM).


Location: Inwood, NY

Type: Full-time (On-site)

Salary: $80,000–$100,000/year
