The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will be responsible for building and managing a dedicated sales division within the company. The ideal candidate will bring a large network of existing accounts and relationships (minimum $10M) and will be expected to grow those accounts while adding new business.

This role requires a proven senior sales executive with deep industry knowledge, strong leadership abilities, and the drive to scale a division into a major revenue stream. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commissions on every sale.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead a new sales division within the company.
  • Bring and manage an existing book of accounts ($10M+ required).
  • Drive significant revenue growth through strategic account management and business development.
  • Build and lead a sales team as the division grows.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Report directly to ownership and contribute to company-wide strategy.


Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in the electrical supply industry.
  • Proven ability to bring and manage $10M+ in existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales divisions.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to operate flexibly within the Tri-State area.



Location: Flexible within the Tri-State Area

Type: Full-time, Executive Sales Leadership

Salary: $200,000–$300,000/year + Commission
