Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, oversee, and manage content creation across digital platforms, with a strong focus on WhatsApp.
• Develop campaigns specifically tailored to support Lakewood-based start-up brands.
• Lead creative direction for marketing initiatives, including copy, design, and distribution.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage and mentor junior marketing staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing and advertising, specifically content strategy.
• Demonstrated success creating and managing WhatsApp-based campaigns.
• Experience working with local start-up brands (Lakewood experience strongly preferred).
• Excellent sales, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work full-time, in-office (Lakewood or Brooklyn).
