The Inside Sales / Lead Follow-Up Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential clients who have already expressed interest in the company’s products. This role does not involve cold calling or commission-based selling, but instead emphasizes relationship-building, accurate product communication, and consistent follow-through. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and comfortable handling inbound lead follow-ups through phone and email.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on warm company-generated leads via phone and email.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Provide accurate product information and answer client inquiries.
  • Track interest levels and update records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and follow-up.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous inside sales or lead follow-up experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize follow-ups effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Location: Montreal, QC

Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000–$70,000/year
