The Product Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for expanding the company’s product offerings by identifying, evaluating, and sourcing new suppliers and product lines. This role requires strong research and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and present opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the Quotation Department to ensure the seamless onboarding of new products and vendors, helping to drive efficiency and profitability across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source new products and vendors to expand company offerings.
• Research market trends and evaluate supplier options.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Collaborate with the Quotation Department to onboard new products and vendors.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor performance.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing opportunities to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product sourcing within the medical supplies industry (required).
• Strong knowledge of market trends and supplier evaluation methods.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and present opportunities for growth.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
