The E-commerce Marketplace Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing product performance across national retailer marketplaces. This role requires a hands on operator who understands product positioning, listing optimization, analytics, advertising strategy, and marketplace compliance. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, data driven, and experienced in growing sales through targeted advertising, content optimization, and strategic inventory planning.
You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate listings, improve product visibility, manage promotions, and drive consistent revenue growth. This role also includes travel between locations, with the company covering all gas and toll expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Home Depot, Target, Lowe’s, and similar marketplaces
- Create, run, and monitor advertising campaigns to increase visibility and sales
- Analyze marketplace data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps
- Ensure listings are compliant, accurate, and fully optimized
- Collaborate with operations and content teams to improve product presentation
- Increase overall marketplace revenue through strategic planning and execution
- Maintain relationships with marketplace reps as needed
- Travel as required; gas and tolls covered
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing non-Amazon marketplaces
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, listings, and advertising tools
- Experience managing SKUs, pricing, promotions, and reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work full time on site
- Male candidates preferred
- Must be proactive, detail oriented, and growth driven
