The BCBA will conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to ensure effective ABA interventions. You’ll collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary partners, track progress through rigorous data collection, and adjust programming based on outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proactive clinician with strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills who is passionate about advancing best practices in ABA.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and oversee evidence-based ABA interventions.
  • Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to behavior technicians/RBTs.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data; adjust programs based on outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold ethical standards.
  • Stay current with ABA research and contribute to clinical quality initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (required).
  • Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting FBAs and creating BIPs.
  • Proficiency with data collection/analysis and electronic documentation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to evidence-based care.

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000–$105,000/year
