The LMSW Supervisor will be responsible for guiding Peer Specialists in the support they provide to clients, ensuring services remain within the scope of peer work and are not used as a substitute for therapy. The role involves providing supervision, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with program standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Peer Specialists exclusively (LMSWs cannot supervise other therapists).
• Provide clinical guidance while respecting peer support boundaries.
• Review and co-sign peer documentation for compliance.
• Conduct twice-monthly supervision sessions per peer (group or individual).
• Submit supervision notes for each session.
• Attend a one-time initial training with the head of the Peer Supervision team.

Qualifications:

• Active LMSW license (required).
• Prior supervisory or peer support oversight experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.
• Bilingual in Yiddish and English preferred (all language backgrounds welcome).

Location: Hybrid (Suffern, NY – 1–2 days/week in office)

Type: Part-time (10–15 hours/week) with potential for full-time
