We are seeking a driven Salesperson to join our team in NYC. The position involves developing new business, building client relationships, and managing the sales cycle from start to finish. Construction sales experience is preferred, and candidates should be energetic, goal-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, in-person role offering a draw plus commission compensation package, providing significant earning potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within NYC.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Present products/services effectively and manage the sales process.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with management and operations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience required (construction industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
• NYC-based or willing to work in the NYC area.
