The VP of Business Management will play a key leadership role, working closely with ownership and senior leadership to drive operational excellence, strategic planning, and sustainable growth. This position requires a hands on leader who understands how to manage people, processes, and performance across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, excellent communication skills, and experience scaling operations in a fast paced environment. This role will oversee day to day business operations while also focusing on long term planning, efficiency, and organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee company wide business operations and performance

Partner with leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives

Manage and mentor department heads and senior team members

Develop and implement systems, processes, and KPIs

Ensure alignment between operations, finance, and leadership goals

Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement

Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking

Represent leadership in internal and external business matters

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in senior business, operations, or general management roles

Proven leadership experience managing teams and departments

Strong strategic thinking and execution skills

Excellent communication, organizational, and decision making abilities

Experience in scaling or optimizing growing organizations preferred
