Key Responsibilities:

• Assist contractors and electricians with product inquiries and purchases.
• Manage inside sales operations and counter service.
• Provide accurate product recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage inventory as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in electrical materials / supply sales required.
• Strong understanding of products used by electricians.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work full-time, in-office at Howell or Monsey locations.
• Motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Location: Howell, NJ and Rockland County (Monsey, NY)
