We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Kiruv Director to help manage and grow our national kiruv initiatives. The role involves extensive travel, relationship-building, and operational support for outreach events and programs across 25–30 locations.

You’ll work closely with volunteer staff and community leaders to ensure each site’s success while contributing to overall strategy and execution. This is an exciting opportunity for someone deeply passionate about kiruv, youth engagement, and community building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to program sites nationwide throughout the outreach season (Nov.–Mar.)
• Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, staff, and community leaders
• Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Assist with national operations and event planning
• Provide mentorship and guidance to program teams

Qualifications:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel frequently and spend some Shabbosim out of town
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Passion for kiruv and youth engagement
• Prior experience in outreach or program coordination is a plus

Location: Based in Lakewood, NJ + travel

Salary: $80,000–$90,000+
