As part of this growing law practice, the Senior Estate Planning Attorney will take a lead role in advising clients on comprehensive wealth preservation strategies, Medicaid eligibility, long-term care planning, and the structuring of trusts and estates. You will work closely with an in-house team of paralegals, financial professionals, and support staff to deliver top-tier legal solutions to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to assess needs and present legal strategies related to estate and Medicaid planning
- Draft and review legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives
- Guide clients through Medicaid eligibility, asset protection, and long-term care strategies
- Oversee and mentor paralegals and junior legal staff on documentation and case prep
- Keep current with changes in estate and elder law, particularly as it affects the New York and federal legal landscape
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of focused experience in estate and Medicaid planning
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- Strong familiarity with trust structures, elder law, and long-term care planning
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Able to work independently and manage complex client portfolios
- Experience working with frum clients or in a culturally aligned environment is a plus
