We are seeking a highly dedicated and organized store manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves overseeing staff, managing logistics and inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, and coordinating with vendors and delivery teams. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking under pressure. Strong communication and management abilities are essential. Previous retail or operations experience is a plus. Work hours are Sunday to Thursday, 11 AM–7 PM, with part-time hours on Fridays.




Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily store operations.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
  • Manage logistics and inventory.
  • Handle scheduling, coordination of deliveries, and communication with vendors and service providers.
  • Manage staff, delegate tasks, and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Identify and solve problems quickly, ensuring nothing holds back store performance.



Qualifications:

  • Strong multitasking and management skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
  • High level of dedication, reliability, and willingness to "own" the operation.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to work with staff, vendors, and delivery teams.
  • Previous retail or operations management experience is a plus.
  • Personable and friendly attitude.



Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 11-7, with part-time hours on Fridays. 

Salary: $70K–$90K

Location: Williamsburg
