A growing healthcare financial services company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Managed Care Billing Specialist to handle billing, collections, and receivables for multiple skilled nursing facilities. You’ll be responsible for Managed Medicaid, MLTC, and Commercial plan claims, reviewing census data, billing services, reconciling payments, and monitoring aging reports.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with business office staff and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Managed Medicaid, MLTC, and Commercial plan claims for skilled nursing facilities.
• Review census data, authorizations, and billing services accurately.
• Monitor receivables, aging reports, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with business office staff to ensure compliance and conduct audits.
• Meet month-end close deadlines and maintain accurate billing records.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Managed Care Billing experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation/post-acute facilities.
• Proficiency with healthcare billing systems, PCC, and CMS regulations.
• Ability to multitask across multiple payer types and projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in nursing home A/R bookkeeping preferred.
