We are hiring Business Development Associates to support strategic growth through outreach and relationship-building in the behavioral health and addiction recovery space. The role involves cultivating partnerships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and community organizations
• Identify new opportunities for outreach and strategic partnerships
• Represent the company at networking events and community initiatives
• Communicate program benefits clearly and effectively
• Support growth goals through consistent engagement and reporting

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
• Experience in behavioral health, recovery, or healthcare industries preferred
• Ability to travel within Massachusetts and attend in-person meetings
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset

Location: Massachusetts

Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000–$120,000/year + Commission
