We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to oversee and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a history of driving revenue, managing full-cycle sales, and building high-performing teams. This leadership role is crucial to our continued growth, requiring both vision and execution.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the regional sales team
  • Develop and execute scalable sales strategies
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Identify and penetrate new markets
  • Mentor and develop sales talent
  • Close key deals and drive long-term client relationships
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform decisions



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in scaling sales operations and entering new markets



Location: NY/NJ


Salary: $120K–$150K
