We are hiring an Executive Director to oversee the daily operations, strategy, compliance, and growth of a high-impact detox and rehab facility focused on substance use and mental health services. The ED will be responsible for building strong clinical and operational teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations, staff performance, and program quality
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agency regulations
• Lead strategic planning and business development initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain top-tier care standards
• Drive census growth through outreach and referral relationships
• Manage budgets, staffing, and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health
• Understanding of detox, rehab, or mental health treatment operations
• Strong management, organizational, and communication skills
• Track record of driving growth and maintaining regulatory compliance
• Willingness to be on-site and involved in day-to-day operations
