We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to engage with property owners and promote high-quality insulation solutions—at no out-of-pocket cost! This role is critical in helping owners reduce operating expenses, improve energy efficiency, and comply with Local Law 97 while securing their enrollment in our exclusive program.



Key Responsibilities

● Proactively engage owners, introduce them to insulation solutions at no cost, and secure their enrollment.

● Educate owners on insulation benefits, including energy efficiency, cost savings, and compliance with Local Law 97.

● Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to enrollment, providing post-sale support and updates throughout the program pipeline.

● Work closely with internal teams to manage the installation and inspection process, ensuring quality and delivering a seamless client experience.


Qualifications & Experience

● Proven experience in multifamily/commercial sales, brokerage, or as a multifamily mortgage broker.

● Established network and relationships with multifamily/commercial owners and managers in Manhattan, Bronx and/or Queens.

● Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

● Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
