This position involves providing individualized therapy sessions for children with Special Needs , tailoring interventions to their specific needs, and maintaining regular communication with parents. The role requires strong teamwork and collaboration with other professionals. A Master's in Physical Therapy is required, with a preference for candidates with experience working with children, especially those with special needs. Excellent communication skills, patience, and a compassionate approach are essential. The role is a 10-month commitment, Monday to Thursday, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for each child.
• Tailor therapeutic interventions to meet each child's specific needs.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
• Work closely with other team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• A Master's in Physical Therapy.
• Experience working with children, special needs, or Trisomy 21 is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members.
• Availability to work Monday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Fridays or daily till 4 PM is a plus.
• Ability to engage with children with special needs in a nurturing, patient, and compassionate manner.
• 10-month commitment with no work during the summer months.
• Eagerness to learn about each child’s unique needs and adapt therapy techniques accordingly.

Type: Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–3:30 PM (10-month commitment)

Salary: $80,000–$100,000/year
