We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify Manager to join our team and take ownership of our Shopify store operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in e-commerce management, technical troubleshooting, and process optimization for Shopify-based platforms.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the online store runs smoothly, managing product listings, handling app integrations, resolving technical issues, and optimizing user experience. You’ll also oversee an overseas team, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Shopify store, including product listings, content updates, and pricing changes
• Optimize site performance, improve user experience, and ensure smooth functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with apps, integrations, and workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
• Manage and delegate tasks to an overseas team to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor store analytics, sales performance, and identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on Shopify features, trends, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Shopify stores in an e-commerce setting
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills related to Shopify and integrations
• Ability to manage and delegate tasks to an overseas team
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Must be comfortable working in-office full-time

Location: Lakewood, NJ (On-site only)

Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000–$75,000/year
