We are looking for an experienced and visionary Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department. This full-time, in-office role requires a strategic thinker who can create and execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, while managing a team of marketing professionals.

The ideal candidate will bring deep marketing expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to make executive decisions that drive exposure, engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for building and expanding our marketing strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring performance targets are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
• Lead and manage a team of marketing staff
• Build and execute campaigns across various platforms to maximize exposure
• Monitor performance and ensure marketing targets are met and exceeded
• Make high-level marketing decisions and optimize team performance
• Grow and scale the marketing team over time

Qualifications:

• Extensive marketing experience, preferably in real estate or related sectors
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong strategic planning and execution abilities
• Fluent in English, with basic Hebrew proficiency
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

Location: On-site in Jerusalem

Hours: Full-time, 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary: 10,000–14,000 NIS/month
