We are looking for a Senior Marketing Director to oversee and scale marketing initiatives across our multi-state healthcare agency. This high-impact, remote role (with travel as needed) demands a bold leader with extensive experience in marketing strategy, brand development, lead generation, and cross-functional team leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary marketing team

• Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, PR, events, and partnership development
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing with overall company objectives
• Represent the brand at conferences, industry events, and stakeholder meetings

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of senior marketing experience, preferably in a multi-state healthcare organization
• Proven success in scaling marketing teams and initiatives
• Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Willingness to travel for company initiatives and events
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 (based on experience)
