Salary: $70,000–$75,000/year + 7% quarterly bonus

Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee up to 40 employees in a high-volume foam manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for coordinating production activities to meet or exceed safety, quality, and efficiency standards, while ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct production team members on assigned shift
• Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) daily
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and housekeeping policies
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure optimal production
• Review production schedules and assign work accordingly
• Inspect products to verify quality standards are met
• Identify and drive projects to reduce waste and increase efficiency
• Train, evaluate, recognize, and discipline employees as needed
• Maintain accurate time and production records
• Conduct smooth hand-offs between shifts
• Participate in process improvement and safety initiatives
• Perform minor machine adjustments and repairs as necessary

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate degree or technical school preferred
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Regular standing and walking on concrete floors
• Work in a moderate to high noise manufacturing environment with required PPE
