HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Manager in the manufacturing industry in Birdsboro, PA!

Salary: Up to $140K + 10% bonus

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift

Location: Birdsboro, PA (no relocation offered)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance and capital projects (~$2M annually)
• 70% hands-on mechanical work, 30% leadership duties
• Oversee team of 2 engineers, 1 supervisor, and 7 hourly techs
• Manage annual plant shutdowns and contractor oversight
• Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Maintain SAP systems and KPI tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with production and HES teams
• Administer plant security systems and infrastructure

Education Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (Chem/Electrical acceptable)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 5+ years in manufacturing, 2–3 in leadership
• Strong mechanical and maintenance background
• SAP and KPI experience
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Self-driven and team-focused
