HiFyve is hiring a Product Engineer II in the heavy manufacturing industry in Beaver Dam, WI!

Salary: $74K - $100K/yr

Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm OR 8am - 5pm

Location: Beaver Dam, WI

Job Summary:

HiFyve is looking for a hands-on Product Engineer to support casting design, product development, and manufacturing processes across high-performance industries including aerospace, military defense, nuclear, petrochemical, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform customer part designs into high-quality castings using SolidWorks, ProCast, and sound foundry practices.
• Develop clear work instructions, routings, and bills of materials for production teams.
• Manage assigned product lines from new product development through launch, order review, first production, and continuous improvement.
• Support additive manufacturing, wax tooling, machining requirements, and vendor partnerships.
• Provide strong technical support and excellent customer service internally and externally.
• Drive projects forward, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure on-time delivery of new and repeat orders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or metal casting.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
• Experience with investment casting, GD&T, casting simulation/modeling, and ERP/PLM systems is highly desirable.
• Bonus: experience with vacuum investment casting or additive manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
