Salary: $85,000–$100,000/year

Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM, 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Location: Turlock, CA

Position Overview

This role oversees daily production activities, ensures consistent product quality, and leads a team of production employees in a fast-paced food/beverage manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor drives safe work practices, supports production scheduling, resolves operational issues, and helps the team meet daily output goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and support production employees to meet daily production targets
• Monitor all stages of production (receiving, processing, mixing, filling, packaging, etc.) to ensure quality and efficiency
• Ensure equipment is operating properly; coordinate repairs when needed
• Enforce safety rules, investigate incidents, and support safety training
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, quality, GMP, and sanitation standards
• Oversee production scheduling and staging of ingredients/packaging materials
• Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Provide coaching, training, performance reviews, and corrective action when necessary
• Promote strong communication and teamwork across shifts

Requirements

• High school diploma required; degree preferred
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience (food/beverage preferred)
• Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with manufacturing workflows, safety practices, and continuous improvement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
