Location: Beaver Dam, WI

Job Summary:

HiFyve is hiring an NDT Processor to support inspection and quality verification of precision metal castings using industry-standard non-destructive testing methods. This role plays a key part in preparing, inspecting, and documenting parts to ensure they meet customer and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move materials and castings through the production process using pallet jacks, hoists, and cranes.
• Perform visible and fluorescent liquid penetrant inspections to identify surface defects.
• Conduct magnetic particle processing, including pre-cleaning, post-cleaning, and demagnetizing.
• Perform cosmetic and investigative grinding to evaluate the seriousness of indications and determine part acceptance.
• Carry out chemical etching processes and maintain etching tanks when required.
• Use various grit blasting equipment for pre-inspection and post-inspection cleaning.
• Complete accurate records for heat numbers, operations, and computerized documentation.
• Initiate process change requests when improvements or adjustments are needed.
• Maintain (and obtain) Level I certification in Liquid Penetrant and/or Radiographic Inspection.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to obtain Level I certification per SNT-TC-1A and NAS-410 standards.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; NDT certificate/diploma preferred.
