HiFyve is hiring a Product Manager in Sugar Land, TX!

Salary: $140K- $170K Annually

Schedule: Onsite Schedule

Location: Sugar Land, TX

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the entire lifecycle of flexible packaging products, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and SKU productivity to identify growth opportunities and optimize the product portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D/Technical, Operations, and Supply Chain to develop and execute product strategies.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external customers to enhance knowledge of product offerings and capabilities.
• Partner with R&D and Sourcing teams to introduce new products, enhance existing offerings, and identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Represent the company at trade shows, site visits, and customer meetings to promote product offerings and strengthen industry presence.
• Forecasting and Performance Analysis

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing or related field
• 10+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
• 5+ years of experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with new product development and cost-out efforts
