Shift Diff: $4.50 (Nights) & $1.50 (Weekends)
Schedule: Days or Nights, Rotating Weekends, Full-Time Onsite.

Job Description:
As a dynamic Medical Surgical / Cardiac Neuro RN, you will be a vital member of a high-functioning 26-bed unit, specializing in the care of patients with Stroke, complex Cardiac conditions, and general Medical-Surgical diagnoses. You will be expected to autonomously make critical clinical assessments and manage patient treatments within our patient-centered care model. Your daily responsibilities will include collecting comprehensive patient data, advocating for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team, and analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses and develop individualized care plans. You will monitor critical vital signs for timely intervention, administer treatments and medications using the Meditech Charting System, and diligently educate patients and families regarding their procedures, medications, and treatments, ensuring a supportive and compassionate stay.
