Human Resources Director

HR Director will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy for our organization. The Director will oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering a positive work environment, and driving initiatives that support our business objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into HR initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to department heads on HR-related matters.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain key employees.
  • Implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage risk by implementing policies and procedures that mitigate potential liabilities.

Training and Development:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to address them.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and adjust as necessary.

HR Operations and Administration:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Budgeting and Financial Planning

  • Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the HR budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies within the HR function.
  • Ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with overall financial goals.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • HR Associate
  • Recruiting Specialist
  • Office Manager
  • Employee Engagement Specialist
  • Remote HR Manager (Manages a team in the Philippines)
